Trenton Show - Mastiffs

Sunday 2 May 2004

Firstly, can I say thank you very much for inviting me to judge your show at Trenton and for your hospitality.  It was a pleasure to meet you all and, of course, your dogs!

I was pleased to see some lovely exhibits with large bone and very attractive heads with good pigment.  Most exhibits, with a few exceptions, had size and good movement and overall I was impressed with the quality of dogs.  One point to watch though was the protruding underjaw, which was quite noticeable in some cases.

I hope that you enjoyed the day as much as I did and I wish you lots of fun with your Mastiffs in the future.
